I have the opportunity to revoke my following consent and agreement at any time and without giving reasons to Novogenia Marketing GmbH at service@novogenia.com. Until such revocation, lawfully processed data will not be affected.

I declare my explicit and voluntary consent and agreement that Novogenia Marketing GmbH, Strass 19, A-5301 Eugendorf, or a third party commissioned by it (on my behalf) within the scope of official authority:

• may electronically process all provided personal data
• may examine voluntarily provided saliva samples, swabs, or blood samples and electronically process the resulting pseudonymized results,
• may transmit the respective results along with the analysis report to me, also electronically,
• may transmit the respective results along with the analysis report to third parties expressly identified by me for this purpose (e.g., doctors, pharmacies, nutritionists, etc.), also electronically.
