It is expressly pointed out that neither Novogenia Marketing GmbH nor the companies Novogenia GmbH and DNA Plus - Center for Human Genetics GmbH participate in this voluntary dispute resolution procedure.

For all companies, the applicability of Austrian law is expressly and exclusively agreed upon; with explicit exclusion of any reference norms and any arbitration, the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Salzburg (Austria) is unequivocally agreed upon.
